Inside .Services

We can help you with the design and development of a website.

From small to large, simple to complex, anything is possible.

WordPress

WordPress It started out as an open-source blogging platform but has since developed into a fully-fledged CMS in which the website’s design and content are completely separate.
Building a WordPress site is relatively straightforward; what’s more, there are loads of good plugins are available that can extend a website’s functionality. Examples include contact forms (including spam protection) and online shop functionality.
WordPress excels in terms of compatibility. New versions can be installed without any problems.

Joomla

In the past, we mainly used the Joomla! platform. Due to the recurring incompatibility between the versions, we have since moved away from it.
You can still contact us for maintenance on Joomla sites, but we no longer build new websites using Joomla.

Performance

All websites we build are optimised for performance. As standard, we equip your website with a caching plugin to ensure optimal site speed.
The websites we host use Litespeed.

Google

Will my site then appear on Google? Part of our service is that we provide your site with ‘SEF URLs’ (‘Search Engine Friendly URLs’). You can see this on this site too, particularly on the pages listed in the Home Menu. Search engines prefer ‘clean’ page names. This is partly handled automatically by WordPress and Joomla, and partly added manually.
We will also submit your site to Google and MSN Search.

Google?

That said, we are not keen on the privacy concerns associated with using Google.
We can register you with the search engine, but for Analytics we use a privacy-friendly alternative. This means your visitors won’t be bothered by pop-ups asking for cookie consent, as no cookies are used.

As well as designing websites, we can also host them

Keyword: flexibility. Whether you need a lot or a little disk space, data traffic or mailboxes: it’s all possible.
What’s more, it’s particularly well-suited to various Content Management Systems, as all the settings on the server we use are optimised for seamless use with WordPress!
Zo kan uw website voor 100% door de gebruiker zelf (vanaf de eigen pc) aangepast kan worden

Important: support

Host your website with a large, low-cost provider and then try to get support for the CMS you’re using: you’ll get absolutely nowhere. With us, support is default and is (subject to the principle of reasonableness) free.

Important: security

On today’s internet, a website is not automatically secure. Our server is therefore equipped with a firewall that blocks many attacks (which are detected constantly).

Important: backup

Naturally, regular backups are made of your website. What sets us apart is that a backup is carried out every night, which you can restore yourself, either in full or in part. For this comprehensive backup service, no extra costs are charged.

Performance

Every customer always has access to 4 CPUs and 4 GB of memory.
This really boosts your website’s performance, especially when combined with our free Litespeed caching!
For customers with even higher requirements, upgrades to 8 and 12 CPU/GB are also available.

Mail

Your mailboxes are always equipped with SpamExperts’ premium spam filtering – that makes all the difference! What’s more, the mailboxes are always set up correctly with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Experience shows that it is wise to use this email account and not to forward emails to a private address simply for convenience. These days, forwarding emails causes a great deal of frustration due to the increasingly annoying security measures imposed by major ‘free’ email providers such as Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail. I put “free” in quotation marks because you do pay, after all… with your privacy. These providers have unrestricted access to the contents of your emails, calendar and, often, your location.
If you’d still like an alternative, we recommend Proton . With a paid licence, this can also be used to handle email for your website.

Green hosting

Our server is hosted by mijn.host, the highest-rated and fastest provider in the Netherlands.
As well as excelling in speed, they are also committed to the environment and offer exclusively green hosting (verified by The Green Web Foundation)

Prices

We host your website from €49.95 per year.
A Dutch (.nl) domain name costs €10.00 per year. Of course, we can also provide all other domain names.
For €12.50 a year, we’ll keep the software on your website up to date with the latest versions of WordPress and the plugins used on the website.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Security, updates, problems…

As soon as a website goes live, a number of security-related issues come into play. The CMS (Content Management System) in use is regularly updated, and the themes, templates, components and plug-ins used are regularly updated, etc.
If this is neglected, the website will fall behind and security issues may arise. Inside .Services can take these concerns off your hands. You can also rely on us for urgent problems and queries. We currently manage more than forty websites.

Even if your website is hosted elsewhere, we can (subject to certain conditions) take over its management.

Prices

From €12.50 per year (based on 1 hour of maintenance time), we take care of the technical management of your WordPress website to ensure the software on your site remains up to date. To this end, your site will be added to our dashboard and checked daily (on working days).
For work that reasonably falls outside the scope of the agreement, you will pay (naturally, only after consultation) the hourly rate for regular customers of €25.00.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
